ChroniLine will help you manage your chronic condition(s), as well as assist you, your pharmacist and your doctor with the preferred medications to manage your condition and to lower levies and co-payments.

In order to qualify for the chronic benefits, each chronic condition needs to be registered once diagnosed. Unfortunately, the chronic benefits are not available on Premiere Care.
