Notice is hereby given in terms of the Fund Rule 28.1 that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Renaissance Health Medical Aid Fund (RMA) will be convened on the 23rd of June 2023, at 08:30 at the Windhoek Country Club Resort and via Live Streaming.

The purpose of the AGM is to consider the audited financial statements of the Fund for the year ended 31 December 2022.

All RMA Principal Members are invited and encouraged to attend the AGM either in person or via Live Streaming.  For those unable to attend in person or via Live Streaming, you are welcome to appoint a Proxy to attend, speak and vote on your behalf. Proxy forms are available to download from the RMA website, www.rmanam.com. Proxy forms are also emailed to all Members.

Proxies can be submitted via email to proxy@rmanam.com; or delivered to the Administrator’s office at the c/o Thorer and Feld Street, Windhoek, for the attention of the RMA Fund Manager. The closing date for proxy submissions is on the 16th of June 2023 at 12:00.

All Members are urged to participate in the governance of the Fund by attending the AGM or submitting their proxies. Your participation is vital to the success of the Fund and the fulfillment of its mission to provide quality healthcare services to all its members.
